Due to the digital nature of the services provided by Kashkool, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Access is granted immediately upon payment.
Subscription Terms
Your subscription grants you access until the end of the current billing period. Charges for upgrades are applied immediately.
User Conduct
You (the teacher) are solely responsible for the content you upload and the students you invite. You must ensure you have the rights to any material you share.
Service Availability
We aim for 100% uptime, but we are not liable for temporary interruptions due to technical issues or necessary maintenance.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the platform, its design, and source code are exclusively owned by Kashkool. You may not copy or reuse any part of the platform without express written permission.
Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms or misuses our services.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kashkool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.
Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
